"your text message cannot be sent" error when trying to send an sms from a windows mobile

This is caused by wrong phone setting, fix it by:

Go to start, personal,  phone, services, tap voice mail and texe messages, tap get settings..., enter a correct number in the box of service center of text messages.

If you don't know the number, try to search for it in the internet or call your cellular provider.
