If you have internet connection but computers can't connect you in your home network, this probably happens because of corrupted network settings caused by a program installed in the past, or still installed, like firewall of some kind.
you can try to see if you can ping yourself , if you can't, try it in safe mode with networking. if it works there, i found no solution to fix it, you can try windows repair, and if that doesn't help, do a clean install.
