It's hard to find out how to fix it because recovery console will also give you a blue screen.
to fix it you have to rename ntfs.sys from windows\system32\drivers . you can use ntfs for dos to access your hard disk or erd or connect the hard disk to another computer.
then you can run the recovery console and copy the ntfs.sys file from the windows cd back to the folder.
