If you download a driver or something else and try to unpack it and get this stupid error, instead of double clicking the .exe file you can open the file with winrar and extract its contents, and then run the setup file.
it works perfectly.
however i could appreciate it if packagefromtheweb (is it even a company or a some kind of program?) could come out with a friendlier error.
