CD Drive is not recognized by Windows XP

If you Have a CD Drive recognized by the BIOS but not in Windows XP, I found out this is caused by INTEL APPLICATION ACCELERATOR.
The solution is simply to uninstall this program.

You won't find this solution anywhere else.
